Terms and Conditions of G55bet – Rules & Rights

By accessing, creating an account, or placing any bet on the platform G55bet (available at g55bet.best), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the services of G55bet.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and G55bet. They apply to all platform features: Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, Jackpot, promotions, bonuses, and any other available product. Each individual may hold only an active account on the platform G55bet. Registration requires: full name as it appears on an official ID, a valid CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must be accurate and up to date — providing false data is grounds for immediate account closure.

Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. The process involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Pix withdrawals for verified accounts are processed in under 4 minutes, 24 hours a day. There are no withdrawal fees for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the bank account or Pix key belonging to the G55bet account holder.
• Unverified accounts are subject to manual withdrawal review, with processing times of up to 24 hours.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the promotion's rollover requirement must be completed first.
• G55bet may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, in compliance with AML regulations.
• Credit card withdrawals follow the card issuer's timeline, generally 1 to 5 business days.

General betting rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except where a cash-out offer is available.
• If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 36 hours, all bets will be refunded to the account balance.
• Obvious odds errors — values clearly out of line with the market — may be corrected or the bet cancelled prior to the event's start, at G55bet's discretion.
• Live bets are offered with real-time odds updates. G55bet is not responsible for connection delays that affect live betting.
• Parlays combining events from the same game or correlated markets may be refused or have payouts limited.

For football bets, the official result is the score at the end of 90 regulation minutes (plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated in the selected market. Extra time and penalties only count when the market explicitly indicates so.

The casino section of G55bet includes slots, live casino with real dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and progressive Jackpot. All games are provided by licensed operators and audited by independent entities.

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• G55bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with prior notice published on the platform.

The G55bet uses automated systems and manual review to identify fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise non-compliant behavior. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions (systematic "bonus hunting").
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets.
• Using inside information or participating in sports match-fixing schemes.
• Attempted money laundering or use of the platform for illicit financial transactions.
• Sharing account access with third parties or selling account credentials.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior, or any conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.
• Explicit request by the user (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Court order or directive from a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any fraudulently obtained balances will be forfeited. Balances from legitimate deposits may be returned, at G55bet's discretion, upon completion of the internal investigation. The user will be notified by email of any account suspension or closure.

The G55bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, as betting inherently involves risk and uncertain outcomes. Users assume full responsibility for any bets they confirm.

G55bet is also not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to inadequate device security or sharing of login credentials.
• Odds discrepancies caused by broadcast delays in live events.
• Referee decisions, result changes following VAR review, or official result amendments made after bets have been settled, except where the sport's specific regulations require otherwise.
